Beat reconstruction device. Incoming audio is cut into 16 slices which can be rearranged freely.
controls:
- bpm - have to be set accordingly to the tempo of the input wave/host sequencer tempo
- 16 slice positioners - sets the new position of the respective slice
- 16 output selectors - output 1 or 2 can be selected per slice. (can also be used for muting slices)
- R(andom) - button for random positioning all slices
- four dezip controls (WTatt, WTrel, NWatt, NWrel) - to reduce crackling (if input wave is not perfectly in sync and/or has much harmonic content)
- slice scaling - sets length of all slices (min to def)
- pattern selector - 18 patterns can be selected. a pattern includes settings for: slice position, output select/mute, dezip settings, slice scaling.
- sliceSelectPresetList - presets store and recall all settings of a pattern (see above).
- device preset list - stores everything, including tempo.
- output1 and output2 gain controls
